Red circles are sick people that need healing, and they are constantly moving. You are the light blue square and must heal them by following a predetermined path with precise timing. Only nearby people will be visible.
Before moving, inspect the tiles immediately surrounding you (hover on desktop, tap on touch devices) to find the correct path: Red = off path, Green = on time, Blue = behind, Yellow = early. Move by selecting one of these tiles, but not too fast or too slow, or you will miss the perfect timing needed to intercept the sick people.
Heal as many people as you can before time runs out. If you move too slowly, the path will recompute and you will not be able to save as many people.
